Scott Mobley 091ac61034 Transient Formula looks to be in good working order. That is, the roots appear correct compared to matlab generated results from a published paper.

Scott Mobley f67a7410e9 Under Guidance from a matlab project, I believe I have locked down the bisection method and the finding of good roots. I wanted to commit this before replacing some crucial chucks of the Transient Series method for testing.

Scott Mobley 654da49e2d Added a Bisection function that works for Biot values of 1, which unfortunately is not good enough. Better, but not much better than the previous transient model.
